Parkinson's disease (PD) is a neurological condition, which affects the brain. PD gets worse over time, but how quickly it progresses varies a lot from person to person. Some symptoms of PD are tremors, stiffness, and slowness of movement. The purpose of this study is to evaluate how effective ABBV-951 is in treating adult participants with advanced PD in real world setting. ABBV-951 (foslevodopa/foscarbidopa) is an approved drug for the treatment of Parkinson's Disease. The main ROSSINI study will have approximately 450 adult participants with PD (300 participants new to ABBV-951, up to 150 participants transitioning from open-label extension study) will be enrolled across approximately 60 sites. Decision to treat with ABBV-951 (or continue the treatment in Cohort B) will be made by the doctor prior to any decision to approach the participant to participate in this study. There will be a sub-study that will enroll 40 naïve participants who initiated Foslevodopa/Foscarbidopa treatment for the first time (Cohort A of the ROSSINI parent study only) from 6 to 15 centers in the United States, Germany and Spain. All participants will receive subcutaneous infusion of ABBV-951 for approximately 3 years. Participants will attend regular clinic visits during the course of the study. In this study, researchers will learn more about BIIB122 in participants with early-stage Parkinson's disease (PD). The study will include adults aged 30 to 80 who were diagnosed with PD within 2 years of starting the study. The main objective of the study is to learn about the effect BIIB122 has on slowing down the worsening of PD symptoms. The main question researchers want to answer is: - How long does it take for PD symptoms to worsen during BIIB122 treatment? Researchers will answer this and other questions by measuring the symptoms of PD over time using a variety of scoring tools. These include the Movement Disorder Society Unified Parkinson's Disease Rating Scale (MDS-UPDRS) and the modified Schwab and England Activities of Daily Living Scale (mSE-ADL). The MDS-UPDRS is used to measure symptoms of PD. It has 4 parts: Part I, II, III, and IV. Each part measures different aspects of motor and non-motor symptoms. The mSE-ADL measures a participant's ability to perform daily activities or personal chores. Researchers will also learn more about the safety of BIIB122. They will check participants for adverse events. Adverse events are unwanted health problems that may or may not be caused by the study drug. The study will be done as follows: * Participants will be randomly assigned to take either BIIBB122 or placebo. A placebo looks like the study drug but contains no real medicine. * Neither the researchers nor the participants will know if the participants are receiving BIIB122 or placebo. * Participants will take BIIB122 or placebo tablets by mouth once a day. * The treatment period for each participant will last between 48 and 144 weeks. * There will be a safety follow-up period for 2 weeks after the last dose of BIIB122. * In total, participants will have up to 29 study visits. * Participants will stay in the study for at least 1 year, up to about 3 years. This is a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, multicenter study in participants with Parkinson's disease (PD) with motor fluctuations. This home-based study is a randomized (1:1) placebo-controlled trial of a single infusion of zoledronic acid-5 mg (ZA) for the prevention of fractures in men and women aged 60 years and older with Parkinson's disease and parkinsonism with at least 2 years of follow-up. Several strategies or contexts help patients with Parkinson's disease to move more quickly or normally, however the brain mechanisms underlying these phenomena are poorly understood. The proposed studies use complimentary brain mapping techniques to understand the brain mechanisms supporting improved movements elicited by external cues. The central hypothesis is that distinct networks are involved in movement improvement depending on characteristics of the facilitating stimulus. Participants will perform movement tasks during recording of brain activity with EEG and MRI. The identified biomarkers may provide targets for future neuromodulation therapies to improve symptoms that are refractory to current treatments, such as freezing of gait. Read Less
